Steve Pulaski

Steve may have only worked at WONC his junior and senior years at NCC, but he put a lot of time and effort into his work, hosting Sleepless With Steve on Wednesday mornings from midnight to 3AM with Joe Viso, Dominic Guanzon, and Kevin Deiber. Steve says, “They made talking about movies engaging, enjoyable, and hilarious — even at such an ungodly hour.”

After graduation, Steve quickly found work with Studstill Media, where he held a variety of on-air positions. Most notably, he hosted afternoon drive on WALLS 102, the company’s flagship country station from, 2018-2021. In 2021, he was promoted to the morning show, hosting The Morning Sizzle with Stove and Dani. In 2022, he made the move to Townsquare Media in Dubuque, Iowa, as the Program Director and morning show host of Y105 (KLYV-FM).

While Steve is working hard and enjoying a successful career in radio, he still credits WONC for his success, saying, “None of these opportunities would’ve happened without WONC, let alone the great people who allowed me to grow and refine my craft.”
